Houses and sui generis flats, new roads and all associated infrastructure at West Farm, Peniel Place,

Broxburn EH52 5PY as shown with a red line boundary on the plan below.

We want to ensure that you are informed of the plans and welcome the opportunity to hear your views as we continue to develop our thoughts before submitting applications for planning permission.

Overton Farm Developments Limited hosted their first public exhibition on 6th February 2023 at the Strathbrock Centre, where they presented details of their draft proposals and were available to answer questions and receive feedback.

 

A second and final public exhibition will take place on 27th March 2023 which will set out further details of the proposals, including details of how the feedback received has been considered.

at -  the Strathbrock Centre (Entrance B), 189a West Main Street, Broxburn EH52 5LH, West Lothian

Comments should not be made to West Lothian Council. Any comments made to the prospective application are not comments to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to West Lothian Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal.
