Welcome to the Garrion south east of A71 Consultation Web Page

Taylor Grange (Garrion) Ltd is delighted to consult on its draft proposals for residential development, car parking and associated uses at Garrion south east of A71.

The site is shown outlined in red below.

We want to ensure that you are informed of the plans and welcome the opportunity to hear your views as we continue to develop our thoughts before submitting a detailed planning application. There is a link to the Exhibition Boards further down this page.

This public engagement arises from the 'Proposal of Application Notice’ for proposed residential development, car parking and associated uses at Garrion south east of A71 submitted on 8 April 2021.

In normal circumstances we would have hosted a public exhibition in a local venue but the ban on public gatherings due to the Covid-19 pandemic means that this is not possible. Therefore, in accordance with the latest Scottish Government guidance, we are undertaking public engagement via this web page.
