Robin Holder (Managing Director)
Robin has 32 years experience working in the public and private sectors. He is an adviser to Homes for Scotland and the Scottish Property Federation. At national level he has contributed to the formulation of Scottish planning policy and legislation.
He is a recognised expert in planning for major housing and retail developments, including land use strategies, supply and demand assessments, masterplanning and infrastructure requirements.
He has achieved substantial success in securing planning permissions and development plan allocations
Lesley McGrath (Director)
Lesley has 15 years experience of planning and development across a broad range of sectors. She is qualified as both a town planner and a surveyor, and has particular experience of managing housing, retail, heritage & listed buildings, energy and leisure projects through the planning process. In recent years she has had a major role in key projects for clients such as Forth Ports, Scottish & Southern Energy and Sainsbury's.
Joe Larner (Associate Director)
Joe has 7 years’ experience of planning and development across a broad range of sectors. Coming from Homes for Scotland in 2021, he has particular expertise in all aspects of planning policies for housing, including housing need and demand and land supply assessments. His previous experience as a planning consultant means he has also managed a large number of varied planning projects including large-scale mixed use planning applications.
